What happens during this stage:

  • We collaborate on a plan tailored to your property’s unique footprint.

  • We can draft custom plans or build from your existing architectural drawings.

  • You’ll receive a detailed, line-item estimate within 48 hours.

  • To make your "Project of the Year" a reality, financing (OAC) is available through Synchrony

Step 2: Scheduling & Seamless Preparation

Once your estimate is approved, we move into the preparation phase. Our goal is to handle the "heavy lifting" so you don’t have to.

During this phase, we manage:

  • Project Timelines: We set a firm start date and outline the construction flow.

  • Demolition: If an old structure is in the way, our team handles the tear-out and removal.

  • HOA & Permitting: We regularly work with HOAs and city offices to ensure 100% compliance with local building codes.

  • Clear Communication: You’ll never be left wondering what comes next

Step 3: Master-Grade Craftsmanship

This is where our experienced team of carpenters and tradespeople bring the Lasso Standard to life. We take immense pride in the quality of every cut and every joint.

What you can expect on-site:
